Sean is driven to deliver innovative outcomes with a focus on sustainability, waste minimisation and renewable resource identification.
Sean strives to identify economic benefits within conservation programs to ensure great environmental ideas achieve the backing they require to succeed.

Joe has over 30 years experience in environmental science and project management with a hands-on approach to deliver practical and cost effective solutions.
Joe has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in many countries on diverse and complex environmental issues. He has helped innovate some great solutions to some of our toughest health and environmental challenges.
Dr. Stephen Clarke
COOE Specialist - POLYMER CHEMISTRY
Dr Stephen Clarke provides leadership to our Research & Development team. His key tasks are to oversee our ongoing in research in renewable chemistry and to help us develop a Silicon Polymer Hub. Prior to joining COOE Stephen and his team of Scientist at the University of South Australia helped us develop an epoxy resin as a part of our R&D in sustainable chemistry. The new epoxy resin can be made from by-products of making Bio-diesel.
Dr Clarke is a Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI – November 2015) and a Fellow of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC – 2004). He is the first Australian scientist to be invited to the International Advisory Board of the influential Asian Silicon Society (ASiS – January 2016) and to Chair the biannual 7th-Asian Silicon Symposium (7-ASiS) in Australia in 2019.
Dr Clarke is a member of the Board of the newly established Australian Chapter of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and co-leader of it’s the Australian Polymer Chemistry Division and is on the Organising Committee for Chemeca 2016; which will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre (25-28 September 2016).
Leigh has twenty years of experience in developed and emerging global markets across a number of sectors. A highly motivated development professional, Leigh has previously held technical and commercial roles with the likes of Halliburton and Cameron in the development of onshore and offshore oil and gas projects, along with his own consulting business in development of the Australian defence industry. Additionally, he has a background in agribusiness with commercial roles in commodity trading and exporting to Asia, Europe and Nth Africa. With established and diverse international networks, Leigh brings great depth of business development capability to Change Climate and the ability to identify innovation and commercialization opportunities. He holds tertiary qualifications in business management and administration.
Hugo is an entrepreneurial business leader with over 20 years’ experience including Director and C level management positions in start up, SME, listed and multinational organisations in the USA, EU and Australia specialising in developing high growth businesses commercialising technologies with global potential. He has worked across a diverse range of industries including automotive, manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, information technology, agriculture, mining, simulation, food and beverage, building, electronics, energy, learning, care services, finance, logistics and the environment. At Change Climate, Hugo focuses on corporate development and global business strategy.
